NIGSD Leads High-Level Roundtable on AI Governance to Promote Responsible and Sustainable Technology Practices
The National Institute for Governance and Sustainable Development, through Egypt’s Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center, convened a high-level roundtable on “AI Governance: Policies and Practices for a Responsible and Sustainable Future” as part of the second round of the fourth Egypt Policy Forum, continuing discussions initiated during its first round at Cairo University’s CU-AI Nexus Conference. The session explored legislative challenges, capacity building, data management, and labor market implications of AI, concluding with key recommendations to establish a comprehensive governance framework.
