The Human Development and Training Center seeks to enhance the skills of employees in the state’s administrative apparatus in line with Egypt’s Vision 2030, through specialized training programs in governance, sustainable development, and management.

Introduction

The General Administration for Human Capacity Development seeks to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees in the state administrative apparatus in line with Egypt's Vision 2030 and the Institute's mission. The administration offers specialized training programs in governance, sustainable development and management, in addition to workshops, conferences and consultations designed according to the needs of institutions and their strategic objectives.

Vision

The Human Development and Training Center aims to strengthen the skills and knowledge of public sector employees in alignment with Egypt Vision 2030, to support sustainable development and effective governance.

Mission

To provide specialized training programs, workshops, conferences, and consultancy services tailored to the needs of public institutions, enhancing the competitive capabilities of employees and contributing to the achievement of institutional strategic objectives, in line with the vision and mission of the Institute.

Strategic objectives

The General Administration for Human Capacity Development aims to enhance the knowledge, skills and competitive capabilities of employees in the state administrative apparatus, in line with Egypt's Vision 2030 and the vision and mission of the Institute, through implementing various specialized training activities and programs in the fields of governance and sustainable development and various administrative training programs, in addition to specialized training programs according to the clients' desire, which vary between seminars, workshops, conferences and consultations in the field of training, according to the training needs and strategic goals of institutions.
