Training Methodology
The institute relies on a systematic mechanism in designing its programs based on the client’s needs.
This ensures that training efforts are aligned with the organization's goals and directly address its identified performance gaps, while optimizing the use of resources such as time, effort and money.
All programmes are designed to be inclusive , gender-sensitive and aligned with the 17 Sustainable Development Goals .
Then the training programs are designed differently according to:
- Objectives: To meet basic, operational or development needs.
- Time frames: urgent, short-term or long-term.
- Target Segment Size: Standardized or individualized approach.
- Training location: inside or outside the organization.
- Training method: cognitive/theoretical needs or practical/skill needs
