On behalf of Dr. Sherifa Sherif, Executive Director of the National Institute for Governance and Sustainable Development (NIGSD), Mr. Nabil Fouad, Director General of Human Resources at the Institute, inaugurated the "Good Governance and Innovation" training program in Hurghada, with 27 participants from various government bodies. The program is supported by the Sawiris Foundation for Social Development and jointly implemented by NIGSD, IBDL Group, and Missouri State University, USA, aiming to enhance innovation and governance in the public sector.

The National Institute for Governance and Sustainable Development (NIGSD) held a closing ceremony for the training program titled “Women's Leadership Development,” designed for female employees of the Ministry of Industry. The program comes as part of Egypt’s broader efforts to empower women and enhance their leadership capabilities, in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals and Egypt’s Vision 2030.

NIGSD concluded the "Women's Leadership Development" training program for female staff members of the Ministry of Civil Aviation. Certificates of attendance were distributed during the ceremony, emphasizing the importance of women's leadership in the public sector. The initiative is part of broader efforts to build human capital and support Egypt's sustainable development goals.
