Strategic objectives
The National Institute for Governance and Sustainable Development has adopted an approach to building partnerships that go beyond training, research and consulting. The Business Development Unit works to create public value through capacity building to contribute to achieving Egypt's Vision 2030 and national efforts to build a strong administrative body, expand its circle of expertise and benefit from prestigious scientific institutions that have achieved great achievements in the fields of training, capacity building, education, research and consulting.
The National Institute for Governance and Sustainable Development partners with private sector entities, both nationally and internationally, as well as with civil society entities. The areas of cooperation are diverse, and are classified into consulting, training and research, in line with the National Sustainable Development Plan and Egypt's Vision 2030. In addition to the administration's interest in development initiatives that support the principles and foundations of sustainable development by launching the Green Minds Initiative for public school students in four Egyptian governorates, namely Cairo, Alexandria, Fayoum and Ismailia. The initiative targeted the three educational stages (primary, preparatory and secondary) to consolidate the values of sustainability and work on them.
