NIGSD Launches the Third Cohort of the “Integrated Diploma in Planning and Strategic Management” for Senior Officials at the Ministry of Finance

The National Institute for Governance and Sustainable Development (NIGSD) has launched the third group of the “Integrated Diploma in Planning and Strategic Management,” designed for senior officials from the Ministry of Finance. This program comes as part of the institute’s collaboration with the Ministry’s Human Rights and Equal Opportunities Unit, aiming to enhance leadership and administrative efficiency across public institutions.
The diploma focuses on developing strategic planning skills, performance management techniques, and mechanisms for monitoring the implementation of development plans, aligning with Egypt’s Vision 2030 and the principles of good governance.
In her opening remarks, Dr. Rehab Farag, Director General of the Human Capacity Development Department at NIGSD, emphasized the importance of investing in human capital as a cornerstone for institutional development and capacity building in the public sector. She highlighted that the program seeks to empower leaders with modern management tools and strategic thinking approaches to achieve measurable and sustainable results.
