NIGSD Delivers Training Program to Enhance Workflow Monitoring Skills for Senior Leaders at the General Organization for Teaching Hospitals and Institutes

The National Institute for Governance and Sustainable Development implemented a training program entitled “Workflow Monitoring and Task Execution Skills” in collaboration with the General Organization for Teaching Hospitals and Institutes. The program targeted senior officials from various affiliated hospitals and institutes as part of ongoing efforts to advance institutional development within the healthcare sector.
The program focused on equipping participants with practical tools to better understand institutional workflows, enhance their ability to monitor operational processes, and apply best practices in improving execution efficiency. Discussions also emphasized strengthening leadership capabilities in performance oversight, decision-making, and continuous organizational improvement.
