The National Institute for Governance and Sustainable Development (NIGSD) held the graduation project discussions and certificate distribution ceremony for the first group of the “Integrated Diploma in Planning and Strategic Management,” designed for senior officials at the Ministry of Finance. The two-day event marked the conclusion of a comprehensive training program aimed at strengthening the strategic and administrative capabilities of Egypt’s public sector leaders.Throughout the program, participants developed applied projects addressing key aspects of institutional performance enhancement and service improvement. The graduation ceremony celebrated their achievements, recognizing their efforts in completing a rigorous and practical learning journey.This initiative is part of NIGSD’s broader mission to support Egypt’s administrative reform and build a generation of leaders equipped to implement principles of good governance, strategic planning, and sustainable institutional development in alignment with Egypt’s Vision 2030.

The National Institute for Governance and Sustainable Development (NIGSD) inaugurated the “Innovation in the Public Sector” training program in Hurghada, organized in partnership with Hertie School, Germany, and supported by the Sawiris Foundation for Social Development. The program brought together 27 participants from various government entities to enhance innovation and efficiency within the public sector.
