The National Institute for Governance and Sustainable Development (NIGSD) signed a training cooperation agreement with The Arab Contractors Company, represented by its Technological Institute for Construction Engineering and Management, to foster joint collaboration in governance, institutional modernization, and the development of human capabilities across the construction and administrative sectors.

The signing ceremony was attended by high-level leadership including H.E. Dr. Rania Al-Mashat, Minister of Planning, Economic Development and International Cooperation, Prof. Dr. Sherifa Sherif, Executive Director of NIGSD, Eng. Ahmed El-Assar, Chairman of The Arab Contractors Company, and Eng. Sherif Hamdy El-Shehaby, Director of the Technological Institute for Construction Engineering and Management.

The agreement focuses on implementing capacity-building programs, professional training tracks, governance workshops, and scientific events that link strategic governance concepts with real-world project management and institutional excellence.
