“Be an Ambassador” Alumni Lead Climate Awareness Efforts through the Regional “Sustainable Climate” Campaign

As part of national and regional efforts to raise environmental awareness on climate change, alumni of the “Be an Ambassador” initiative are actively participating in the regional “Sustainable Climate” campaign, organized by the Arab Center for NGO Sustainability at Misr El-Kheir Foundation in cooperation with the National Institute for Governance and Sustainable Development.
The campaign focuses on highlighting both the direct and indirect impacts of climate change while promoting sustainable patterns of consumption and production that help reduce carbon emissions and mitigate environmental risks. It also aims to empower youth to play a key role in community awareness through field initiatives and interactive activities, reflecting Egypt’s commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals and Vision 2030.
The involvement of “Be an Ambassador” graduates reaffirms the vital role of youth as a cornerstone in advancing Egypt’s development agenda and strengthening environmental governance practices, thereby enhancing the country’s regional leadership on climate and sustainability issues.
