The National Institute for Governance and Sustainable Development, the Secretariat of Medical Affairs at the Cabinet of Ministers, the Oxford Program on Value and Leadership, and Eleven Group for Healthcare have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to launch a Value-Based Healthcare Program in Egypt.

The National Institute for Governance and Sustainable Development organized a specialized workshop for employees of the Al-Azhar region in Beni Suef, in cooperation with the Hanns Seidel Foundation. The workshop aimed to promote a culture of institutional governance and to familiarize participants with its legislative and regulatory frameworks. It also included interactive discussions on designing practical models tailored to the local context of governmental institutions. The workshop was attended by a distinguished group of experts and officials, reflecting a shared commitment to enhancing transparency and improving performance efficiency in religious and educational institutions.
