The National Institute for Governance and Sustainable Development (NIGSD) concluded the final week of activities for the fifth cohort of its flagship initiative, “Be an Ambassador.” The program, launched to spread the culture of sustainability and governance among youth, seeks to empower participants with the knowledge and tools necessary to act as ambassadors for sustainable development within their communities and workplaces.
The final week featured a diverse group of participants from the government, private, and banking sectors, as well as representatives from civil society, Misr El-Kheir Foundation, and the Egyptian Red Crescent, in addition to researchers and university faculty members.
The training included interactive discussions and practical workshops covering topics such as sustainable governance, corporate social responsibility, and the role of youth in achieving Egypt’s Vision 2030. Participants also presented their development projects, showcasing the practical impact of their learning throughout the program.
By concluding this cohort, NIGSD reaffirms its commitment to advancing the “Be an Ambassador” initiative as a cornerstone in building youth capacity, promoting sustainable practices, and supporting Egypt’s national vision for inclusive and sustainable growth.
