The National Institute for Governance and Sustainable Development (NIGSD), the training arm of the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development, held a closing ceremony and awarded certificates of attendance for the specialized training program titled “Women's Leadership Development.” The event took place at the Institute’s headquarters, with the participation of several female leaders from the Ministry of Industry.

This program falls within the framework of Egypt’s ongoing efforts to promote the economic and social empowerment of women and to build qualified female cadres capable of assuming leadership roles across various state institutions—aligned with the goals of Egypt’s Vision 2030 in the fields of justice and equality.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, certificates of program completion were presented to the participants in recognition of their dedication and active engagement.
