NIGSD and Hanns Seidel Foundation Hold Workshop on Institutional Governance for Al-Azhar Employees in Beni Suef
The National Institute for Governance and Sustainable Development (NIGSD) conducted a workshop on institutional governance applications for employees of the Al-Azhar region in Beni Suef Governorate.
The workshop was held in collaboration with theHanns Seidel Foundation as part of efforts to promote a culture of institutional governance within governmental entities and to familiarize participants with its practical applications.
The workshop covered the legislative, regulatory, and institutional frameworks of governance and engaged attendees in discussions on designing practical models suited to local administrative levels.
The sessions were led by Dr. Amr Nabil, Director of the Institutional Governance Unit, and Dr. Mohamed Habib, Deputy Director of the same unit, with participation from Dr. Ahmed El-Sayed El-Meky, Head of the Central Administration of the Al-Azhar Region in Beni Suef, and Mr. Thomas Schama, Resident Representative of the Hanns Seidel Foundation in Egypt.
