As part of the fifth week of the fifth cohort of the “Be an Ambassador” initiative, participants visited the SEKEM Foundation for Development in Sharqia Governorate. The foundation operates in several sectors, including industry, agriculture, vocational education, health, and livestock production.This field visit, organized by the National Institute for Governance and Sustainable Development (NIGSD), aimed to expose young trainees to real-world applications of sustainable development and to learn from successful institutional models in Egypt. Participants included university graduates, government and private sector employees, banking professionals, faculty members, researchers, representatives of the State Lawsuits Authority, and the Misr El-Kheir Foundation.

NIGSD Concludes the Seventh and Final Week of Training for the Fifth Cohort of the “Be an Ambassador” Initiative

The National Institute for Governance and Sustainable Development (NIGSD) concluded the seventh and final week of training for the fifth cohort of the “Be an Ambassador” initiative, which aims to equip youth from universities, governorates, and various sectors with the principles of sustainable development. The closing week brought together participants from the public, private, and banking sectors, alongside civil society organizations, Misr El-Kheir Foundation, the Egyptian Red Crescent, researchers, and university faculty members.
